1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development and approval of method of calculation of emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources.

Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office of the Ministry, and also budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period on management and management in the field of the established functions.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 16, 2016 No. 422 "About approval of Rules of development and approval of method of calculation of emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances in atmospheric air by stationary sources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 21, the Art. 3018).

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

5. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2031, except for Item 3 of this resolution.
