About approval of the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028
Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028 it (is applied).
2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities responsible for implementation of the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028:
1) to undertake necessary measures for implementation of the planned purposes and actions for accomplishment of the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028;
To represent 2) to the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization till March 1 of the year following for reporting, information on implementation of the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028.
3. Financing of the actions provided in the Action plan on accomplishment in 2024-2026 of the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028 to perform for the account and within the allocated funds approved on these purposes in budgets of the participating bodies of public management and also from other sources according to the legislation.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations which annually, till March 31 of the current year, to submit to the Government the report on implementation of the National program of industrial development for 2024-2028.
