1. Approve the enclosed list of the permitted financial instruments and transactions with them, except for intangible assets, for placement of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2025.

10) currencies;

11) money market funds;

12) ingot gold and on metal accounts;

13) exchange investment funds (Exchange-traded fund - ETFs);

14) alternative tools;

15) shares and shares of the companies and partnership of special purpose (Special purpose vehicle - SPV).

2. Transactions on foreign financial instruments, including the tools which are traded on the foreign financial markets:

1) transactions repo and return repo;

2) deposits (deposits) in foreign currency and gold;

3) provision of securities as a loan on the security of (Securities lending).

3. Kazakhstan financial instruments:

debt securities of joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna", emitted for projects implementation of all-country value.
