1. Approve the enclosed list of the permitted financial instruments, except for intangible assets, for placement of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2004 No. 1236 "About approval of the list of the permitted foreign financial instruments, except for intangible assets, for placement of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 46, the Art. 584);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2006 No. 977 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2004 No. 1236" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 37, the Art. 413).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

6) securities on the security of the real estate (MBS) and assets (ABS);

7) shares;

8) transactions repo and return repo;

9) deposits (deposits) in foreign currency and gold;

10) provision of securities as a loan on the security of (securities lending);

11) derivative financial instruments;

12) structural products;

13) currencies;

14) money market funds;

15) ingot gold and on metal accounts;

2. Kazakhstan financial instruments:

1) debt securities of joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna", emitted for implementation of the strategic infrastructure projects realized according to the direct order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) shares of joint-stock company "The KazMunaiGas national company and joint-stock company "The national atomic company "Kazatomprom" according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan with discount to its market value for financing of the republican budget, with the right of priority realization of share of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan when carrying out the international SPO (Secondary public offering).
