For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry, according to Articles 3, 4 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About town planning and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry" of February 26, 2021 No. 63 the following change:
To state the regulations on procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
