For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for legalization of vehicles" of December 31, 2024 398, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Approve the Procedure for entrance (import) to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the vehicles registered in authorized body of other state, and their operation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also departure (export) of vehicles out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that special procedure for entrance (import) for the vehicles registered in authorized body of other state on the territory of enclaves Shakhimardan, Dried, Chong-Gara, Tash-Dobo and Vorukh affirms authorized state body in the field of protection of frontier.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for entrance (import), departure (export) on/from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the vehicles registered in authorized body of other state, and their operation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2025 No. 212.
