According to item 4 of Article 38 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of report generation on accomplishment of actions plans or development plans for subjects of the quasi-public sector, the report on results of monitoring of implementation of actions plans or development plans for subjects of the quasi-public sector and assessment of implementation of actions plans or development plans for subjects of the quasi-public sector, and also long-term development strategies of the autonomous organizations of education which plans expenses from the republican or local budget.
2. To provide to department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
