Activities of University, Intellectual schools and Fund are based on the following principles:

1) the principle of the academic freedom - independence of University and Intellectual schools in development and the choice of educational programs, forms and methods of implementation of educational activities, the directions of carrying out scientific research;

2) the principle of integration of education, science and production - inseparability of educational process from scientific and practical activities at University and Intellectual schools, ensuring strategic partnership with the organizations of science and entrepreneurship;

3) the principle of autonomy and self-controllability - isolation and independence of University, Intellectual schools and Fund in financial and economic, managerial control, decision making;

4) principle of collective leadership of decision making - decision making, connected with activities of University, Intellectual schools and Fund, their boards of trustees, the Highest board of trustees;

5) the principle of social responsibility and transparency - development and participation of University, Intellectual schools and Fund in socially important projects with the purpose of improvement of welfare of society, ensuring information openness in all directions of the activities.

Article 4. Legal status of University, Intellectual schools and Fund

The university is the autonomous organization of education created for the purpose of implementation of educational activities, including additional education, scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, creation of modern educational, scientific infrastructure and other activities according to its charter. Educational activities by University are performed on the following education levels:

4. The fund is the non-profit organization created in form of business of fund only for ensuring financing of activities of University and Intellectual schools, and also their organizations.
