1. Approve enclosed:

the list of special means, electroconvulsive devices and spark dischargers, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing employees of divisions of transport safety with them;

Rules of acquisition, storage, carrying, accounting, repair and destruction of the special means, electroconvulsive devices and spark dischargers used by employees of divisions of transport safety;

special means, electroconvulsive devices, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing employees of the divisions of transport safety which are divisions of departmental protection of federal executive bodies in the field of transport with them are determined by the list of special means, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing workers of departmental protection of federal state bodies, federal executive bodies, the highest actuator of the subject of the Russian Federation with them - the federal city of Moscow, the organizations having in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the right to creation of departmental protection, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 1999 No. 1436 "About the special means and firearms used by departmental protection";

4. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2014 No. 1209 "About special means, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing employees of divisions of transport safety with them and about approval of Rules of acquisition, storage, accounting, repair and destruction of the special means used by employees of divisions of transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 47, the Art. 6566);
