1. Approve enclosed:
the list of special means, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing employees of the divisions of transport safety which are accredited for protection of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles against acts of illegal intervention by legal entities with them;
2. Determine that special means, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing with them employees of the divisions of transport safety which are divisions of departmental protection of federal executive bodies in the field of transport are determined by the list of special means, types, types and models of office firearms, cartridges to it and regulations of providing with them workers of departmental protection of the federal executive bodies having the right to its creation, to No. 1436 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 1999 "About the special means and firearms used by departmental protection".
3. To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to adopt the acts necessary for implementation of Rules, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

a) sticks rubber, handcuffs, vests of protective 1 - 5 classes of protection, crash helmets of 1 - 3 classes of protection and other means individual protection of national production which are not subject to restriction in acquisition and use by citizens and the organizations, at the rate of workers of daily change;
b) office firearms on the following regulations:
