According to article 55 of the Water code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of protection of underground water objects.
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 11, 2016 No. 94 "About approval of Rules of protection of underground water objects" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 8, the Art. 1115);
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2019 No. 1829 "About modification of Item 8 of Rules of protection of underground water objects" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 1, the Art. 31).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
4. Item 1 of this resolution is effective till September 1, 2031.
