About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130

According to article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Items 20 and 22 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, based on Regulations on conditions and procedure for application of single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 6, 2016 No. 47, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for subitems 2, of 5, of the 7 and 8 Item 1 and subitems 2 and 6 of Item of 2 changes (appendix to this Decision).

Subitems 5 and 8 of Item of 1 changes (appendix to this Decision) become effective after 6 months from the date of official publication of this Decision.
