1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 7-1/68 "About approval of Rules of identification of farm animals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11127) the following changes:
in Rules of identification of the farm animals approved by the specified order:
state Item 30 in the following edition:
"30. Identification of the young growth of farm animals belonging to physical persons is performed at least in three working days prior to achievement of age of the farm animal specified in Item 2 of these rules.
Identification of the young growth of farm animals belonging to agricultural enterprises country and to farms, is performed according to the schedule of the forthcoming otel (okot, farrow), the presented head in the relevant division of local executive body performing activities in the field of veterinary science (further – division of MIO), and in the veterinary organization.
In case of identification of young growth of farm animal data on it are entered in the database and the veterinary passport with indication of the individual number of mother specified in the sheet about carrying out identification of farm animals in the form established in appendix 5 to these rules.";
exclude Item 30-1;
appendix 2 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;
appendix 5 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
