About modification of some orders of the Government (strengthening of government ecosystem of digital identity)

Based on Items b) and d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. The subitem 9) Item 11 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 760/2010 on public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" (2010, 150-152, Art. 832), with subsequent changes, after the words "provision of services" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text", including unqualified confidential services,".

2. In the Regulations on the integrated government electronic service of the digital signature (MSign) approved by the Order of the Government No. 405/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 147-151, 445), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The concept "supplier of the digital signature" to state 1) in Item 2 in the following edition:

"the supplier of the digital signature - the skilled supplier of confidential services or the unskilled supplier of confidential services;";

In Item 19 of appendix to the Regulations on technical administration and servicing of the state information resources and systems approved by the Order of the Government No. 414/2018 about measures for consolidation of data-processing centers in public sector and rationalization of administration of the state information systems (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 157-166, 474), with subsequent changes, to replace the word "MobiSign" with the word "EvoSign".
