About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of further enhancement of organization activity, realizing state policy in the field of small and medium entrepreneurship, I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
Paragraphs two and third Item 2 appendices extend the action to the relations which arose since October 1, 2024.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2024 No. 487
1. No. 300 "About the free (sponsor's) aid" after the paragraph of the eighth to add part one of Item 1 of appendix 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Belarusian fund of financial support of entrepreneurs - with the consent of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company;".
2. In Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011 No. 261 "About creation of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company:
the fourth subitem 1.1 to state part in the following edition:
"For the purposes of implementation of banking supervision Development bank is recognized parent organization of bank holding. This holding the Belarusian fund of financial support of entrepreneurs is not included.";
