About modification of the procedures approved by Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 509 and of September 22, 2016 No. 646
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for registration and issue of the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 509 "About accounting of internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2296; 2015, No. 20, Art. 552, No. 70, Art. 2312; 2016, No. 23, Art. 904, No. 46, Art. 1669; 2021, No. 98, Art. 6387; 2022, No. 25, Art. 1351, No. 37, Art. 1983; 2023, No. 69, the Art. 3990), and the Procedure for creation, maintaining and access to data of the Single information database on internally displaced persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2016 No. 646 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 77, Art. 2566; 2017, No. 47, Art. 1455; 2018, No. 57, Art. 1992, No. 72, Art. 2436; 2024, No. 24, the Art. 1531) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 8 of Item 1, of the subitem of 1 Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2025.
