1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).
2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 27, 2024.

1. In the Technical regulation about non-automatic weight measuring devices approved by the Order of the Government No. 267/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 92-98, 296), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
The text "The law No. 7/2016 on supervision of the market concerning realization of nonfood products" to replace 1) in Item 3 with the text "The law No. 162/2023 on supervision of the market and products compliance";
The text of "The law No. 7 from on February 26, 2016 about supervision of the market concerning realization of nonfood products" to replace 2) in Item 16 with the text of "The law No. 162/2023 on supervision of the market and products compliance".
