About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2022 No. 482/16

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2022 No. 482/16 "About procedure for making of transactions and calculations with measuring ingots and gemstones (diamonds)" the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of the ninth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 "About precious metals and gemstones" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 110-Z:";
in the Instruction about procedure for making of transactions and calculations with measuring ingots from precious metals and gemstones (diamonds) made in the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
from paragraphs two and the fifth Item 3 "household" to exclude the word;
in Item 8:
third after the word of "document" to add part with the word of "(passport)";
"household" to exclude the word from part five.
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 12, 2025.
