1. Bring in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following change and amendment:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
to state subitem 49-1) of Item 15 in the following edition:
"49-1) develops and approves rules of crediting of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex;";
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 15 with subitem 132-2) of the following content:
"132-2) development and approval of rules of microcredit and leasing in rural settlements and the small cities;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
