About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of security activities I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 534 "About measures for enhancement of security activities" (appendix).

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Appendix

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 2025 No. 97

The list of the changes made to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 534

1. To add Item 1 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"the list of the objects which are subject to the equipment manual systems of the alarming alarm system which acceptance of signals is performed by Department of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (is attached);".

2. "Normative" to exclude the word from subitem 2.5 of Item 2.

3. Add the Decree with the list of the objects which are subject to the equipment manual systems of the alarming alarm system which acceptance of signals is performed by Department of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs it (is applied).

4. In the list of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by Department, approved by the Decree:
