I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2024 No. 345 "About approval of the list of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35032) the following change:
The list of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department on inklyuziya of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
