1. Approve the enclosed List of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services.
1) the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2023 No. 225 "About approval of the list of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32862);
2) the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 22, 2024 No. 161 "About modification of the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2023 No. 225 "About approval of the list of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 34411).
3. To provide to department on inklyuziya of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
