About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2008 No. 73
Based on part one of Article 151 and part three of Article 157 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2008 No. 73 "About additional vacations for work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions and special kind of work" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "According to Article" shall be replaced with words "Based on Article part three";
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
to exclude from part two of the word "to this resolution";
in word part five "the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation,";
in part one of the interlinear note to the subitem:
shall be replaced with words the words "and Single job evaluation catalog of positions of employees" ", the Single job evaluation catalog of positions of employees and professional standards";
after the word "legislation" to add part with the words "about work";
to exclude from part two of subitem 1.2.4 of the word "to this resolution";
to add subitem 1.2.5 paragraph two after the word of "aero club" with words ", to the deputy chief of aero club on parachute preparation";
add Item with subitem 1.2.10 of the following content:
"1.2.10. to the workers having qualification of the diver in the presence of personal books of the diver depending on work types, positions of employees (professions of workers) and hours of diving works, descents of all types (working, educational, training, qualification, experimental) duration according to appendix 10;";
state subitem 1.4 in the following edition:
