1. In Item 2 of the Procedure for submission of data on labor activity of the worker, physical person - the entrepreneur, physical person, electronically, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution providing itself with work independently of March 12, 2021 shall be replaced with words No. 11-1, of the word "" about electronic confidential services "" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2021 at No. 802/36424, ""About electronic identification and electronic confidential services"".
2. To legal department (Ryabtseva of t.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
