Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on information and communication system for automation of the centers of provision of administrative services of enclosed Ulei.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2012 No. 236 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget according to the Electronic control program (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 23, the Art. 881, No. 89; 2019, No. 21, Art. 723, No. 84, Art. 5385; 2022, No. 39, Art. 2102; 2024, No. 92, the Art. 5939) and of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 80, the Art. 2736) changes which are applied.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 1 changes, approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2012 No. 236 and of September 18, 2019 No. 856

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the Government budget according to the Electronic control program approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2012 No. 236:
