About modification of some regulations (optimization of divisions of the Ministry of Justice and bodies subordinated to it)
Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 698/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 335-339, 824), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "132" to replace with figures "145";
1.2. in appendix No. 1:
1.2.1. in the subitem 2) of Item 8 the text "advisory boards" to exclude;
1.2.2. state Item 25 in the following edition:
"25. As a part of the ministry the commissions, councils, working groups or other consulting platforms with involvement of specialists from different areas, including representatives of civil society and partners in development can be created. The structure and procedure for the organization of consulting platforms, irrespective of their form, can be approved by the order of the minister.";
1.3. state appendices No. 2 and 3 in the following edition:
