According to the subitem 351) Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan", PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of producers of organic products.
2. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of maintaining the register of producers of organic products (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 351) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for maintaining the register of producers of organic products (further – the register).
2. The purpose of maintaining the register is accounting and systematization of data on producers of organic products.
3. The register of producers of organic products is kept by authorized body in the field of production and turnover of organic products (further – authorized body) in the Kazakh and Russian languages in electronic form in form according to appendix to these rules.
4. The body for confirmation of conformity within five working days from the date of issue of the certificate of conformity, and also in cases of suspension or cancellation (termination) of action of the certificate of conformity sends to authorized body information on results of confirmation of conformity of production of organic products either on suspension, or on cancellation (about the termination) actions of the certificate of conformity (further – information).
Information is submitted in electronic form on the e-mail address specified on official Internet resource of www.gov.kz authorized body.
5. The structural division performing functions in the field of production of organic products based on information provided by bodies for confirmation of conformity staticizes the register and provides its placement on official Internet resource of www.gov.kz authorized body no later than five working days from the date of receipt of information.
