About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 and recognition voided some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
For the purpose of accomplishment of the recommendations of the European commission provided in the Report on progress of Ukraine within the Packet of expansion of the European Union of 2023, one of which is recovery of inspection and law-enforcement capability of bodies of the state market supervision, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of measures of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1355; 2023, No. 79, Art. 4495; 2024, No. 27, the Art. 1733, No. 86, the Art. 5347) the enclosed changes.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
