About the termination of actions of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Stop holding planned and unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine".
2. In the presence of threat that has negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, environment protection and safety of the state, and also for accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine during the period of warlike situation to allow implementation of unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) based on decisions of the central executive bodies which provide forming of state policy in the respective spheres.
3. During the period of warlike situation planned and unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) of observance by the subjects of managing performing activities in spheres of power and utilities, legislations in the respective spheres and licensed conditions are performed according to the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities in the presence of threat which has considerable negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, environment protection and safety of the state.
4. Actions of the state supervision and control of observance by subjects in the sphere of media of requirements of the legislation in the sphere of media are performed during the period of warlike situation according to the decision of National council concerning television and broadcasting according to the Law of Ukraine "About media".
5. Stop holding planned and unplanned actions of the state market supervision for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" except implementation of actions of the state market supervision of rather household lamps of not directed radiation regarding their compliance to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household lamps of the not directed radiation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 734 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2294), and the technical regulation on establishment of system for the determination of requirements for ecodesign of energopotreblitelny products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2018 No. 804 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 80, the Art. 2678).
