About the termination of actions of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Stop holding planned and unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine".

2. In the presence of threat that has negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, environment protection and safety of the state, and also for accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine during the period of warlike situation to allow implementation of unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) based on decisions of the central executive bodies which provide forming of state policy in the respective spheres.

3. During the period of warlike situation in the presence of the threat having considerable negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, protection of the surrounding environment and safety of the state, planned and unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) of observance by the subjects of managing performing activities in spheres of power and utilities, legislations in the respective spheres and licensed conditions are performed according to the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of the organization and carrying out gamblings (including the actual checks by method of test purchases) and in the lottery sphere - according to the decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries according to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" and article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state lotteries in Ukraine".

4. Actions of the state supervision and control of observance by subjects in the sphere of media of requirements of the legislation in the sphere of media are performed during the period of warlike situation according to the decision of National council concerning television and broadcasting according to the Law of Ukraine "About media".

4-1. During the period of warlike situation in the presence of the threat having negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) of observance by subjects of managing of requirements of the legislation concerning forming, establishment and use of the state regulated prices, consumer protection and metrological supervision in the sphere of provision of housing and communal services also consumer protections are performed according to the decision of Public service on safety issues of foodstuff.

5. Stop holding planned actions of the state market supervision for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" except implementation of actions of the state market supervision in the relation:

household lamps of not directed radiation regarding their compliance to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household lamps of the not directed radiation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 734 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2294), and the Technical regulation on establishment of system for the determination of requirements for ecodesign of energopotreblitelny products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2018 No. 804 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 80, the Art. 2678);

the low-voltage electric equipment regarding its compliance to requirements of the Technical regulation of the low-voltage electric equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1067 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, the Art. 3526);
