In Item 12-1 of the Procedure for creation, content of fund of protective constructions of civil protection, inclusion of objects in structure and exceptions of such objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection and conducting its accounting approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 138 "Some questions of use of objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 682; 2023, No. 81, Art. 4633; 2024, No. 88, the Art. 5681), the word Minstrategprom to replace with the word of Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Subitem 102-3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of strategic industries of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 7, 2020 No. 819 "Some questions of the Ministry of questions of strategic industries of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, Art. 2381; 2023, No. 103, Art. 6171; 2024, No. 59, the Art. 3519) to exclude.
