Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:
1. In the column "Limiting Maximum Rate, Belarusian Rubles" of Item 7 of appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2017 "About rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services" figures of "5,40" to replace No. 25 with figures of "7,00".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 5 days after its official publication.
