About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2022 No. 14
Based on the paragraph of third of Article 9-1 of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2022 No. 14 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "Article 9-1, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
1.2. in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.8.1 "Receipt of the license for implementation of professional and exchange activity on securities", approved by this resolution:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
1.3. in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.8.2 "Change of the license for implementation of professional and exchange activity on securities", approved by this resolution:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
