About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 18, 2022 No. PP-427 "About additional measures for the system organization of rest and further enhancement of work on improvement of children" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2023 No. UP-208 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Activities of Committee of Family and Women":
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
permission to Fund of assistance to improvement of children and to recovery of population health on the direction of part of the funds provided to allocation in 2025-2026 for covering of expenses on permits of the children who had a rest during summer season of 2023, and also the arisen debt on the repair work which is carried out for the purpose of preparation of 59 camps for summer season of 2024;
reduction in compliance among themselves acts of the legislation in connection with transfer of Committee of family and women from subordination of the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty to the Cabinet of Ministers.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
