1. Approve Regulations on procedure for increase (reduction) for the size of the authorized capital of joint-stock company it (is applied).
2. Consider the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 08.04.98 No. 44 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for increase (reduction) for the size of authorized capital of joint-stock company" (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 16.10.2000 No. 158, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.10.2000 for No. 753/4974) invalid.
3. Vr.i.o. To provide the chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market M. Burmake:
state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
