About adjustment of indicators of the republican budget for 2024 and modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 12, 2023 No. 1108 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2024 - 2026"
According to Articles 41, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: 79 and 111 Budget codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Perform adjustment of indicators of the republican budget for 2024 according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 12, 2023 No. 1108 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2024 - 2026" the following changes and amendments:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2024 - 2026, including for 2024, in the following amounts:
1) the income – 20 194 797 994 thousand tenges, including on:
to tax revenues – 12 674 497 409 thousand tenges;
to non-tax receipts – 1 443 392 658 thousand tenges;
to sales proceeds of fixed capital – 6 130 221 thousand tenges;
to receipts of transfers – 6 070 777 706 thousand tenges;
2) costs – 23 478 302 653 thousand tenges;
3) net budget crediting – 337 477 575 thousand tenges, including:
budget credits – 591 804 497 thousand tenges;
repayment of budget credits – 254 326 922 thousand tenges;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 49 929 694 thousand tenges, including:
acquisition of financial assets – 49 929 694 thousand tenges;
5) budget deficit –-3 670 911 928 thousand tenges, or percent 2,7 to country gross domestic product;
6) not oil budget deficit –-10 638 834 829 thousand tenges, or percent 7,9 to country gross domestic product;
7) budget deficit financing – 3 670 911 928 thousand tenges.";
in Item 2:
add with subitem 7-1) of the following content:
"7-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on wages increase of health workers of the centers of rendering special social services according to appendix 7-1 to this resolution;";
13) to exclude the subitem;
add with subitems 14-1), 14-2) and 18-1) of the following content:
"14-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on wages increase of employees of the organizations in the field of health care of local executive bodies according to appendix 14-1 to this resolution;
14-2) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on insurance premiums (fees) of professional responsibility of health workers of the organizations in the field of health care of local executive bodies according to appendix 14-2 to this resolution;";
"18-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on increase in compensation to health workers of the state organizations of physical culture and sport according to appendix 18-1 to this resolution;";
1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, 7-1, 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 14, 14-1, 14-2, 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, 18-1, 19, of 20, of 21, of 22, of 23, of 24, of 25, of 26, of 27, 28 and 29 to the specified resolution to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 17, of 18, of 19, of 20, of 22, of 23, of 24, of 25, of 26, of 27, of 28, of 29, of 30, of 31, 32 and 33 to this resolution.
3. To provide to the central executive bodies in two weeks reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
