For the purpose of enhancement of expert and analytical support of activities of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 12, 2024 No. 94 the following changes:
in the Charter of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
- state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. The director has two deputies who are appointed to position and are dismissed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the director of National institute.
The chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to appoint and relieve deputy directors of National institute of the post on own initiative without representation.
The director has one adviser whose procedure for appointment is determined by the director.";
- state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The staff of National institute, except for the director and his deputies, is not government employees.
The director of National institute and its deputies hold political state positions.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
