About creation of "Operator of Single System of Accounting" limited liability partnership

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create "Operator of Single System of Accounting" limited liability partnership (further – partnership) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership ensuring functioning of single system of accounting according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gaming".

3. Provide forming of the authorized capital of partnership at the expense of the republican property which is on balance of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry), according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of partnership in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

2) transfer to the Ministry of rights of possession and use of the state share of partnership;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
