About modification of some orders of the Government concerning the administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of the environment (modification of the regulatory base relating to the Law No. 47/2024)
Based on Items b) and i) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (5), (7) and (8) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Item 9 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 145/2021 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of the environment (2021, Art. No. 206-208, 343), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with subitem 19-1) of the following content:
"19-1) submits in the Government for review offers on position assignment and on dismissal or dismissal from position of the head of the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry, according to the law;".
2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 485/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the Agency on geology and mineral resources (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 124-126, 536), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The agency is headed by the director who is appointed to position and is dismissed or leaves from position the Government according to the proposal of the minister of the environment, according to the law.";
add with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. The director with its activities is helped by the deputy director. The deputy director is government employee – the upper manager who is appointed to position and is dismissed or leaves from position the Government, according to the law.".
