About approval of the Regulations on the Agency on geology and mineral resources

In pursuance of Code regulations on subsoil No. 3-XVI of February 2, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 75-77, 197) DECIDES: the Government

1. Create the Agency on geology and mineral resources by reorganization (transformation) of the State agency on geology of the Republic of Moldova of "AGeoM".

2. Regulations on the Agency on geology and mineral resources in subordination of the Ministry of the environment according to appendix No. 1;

changes and additions which are made to the separate orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency on geology and mineral resources in number of 20 units (including service personnel) with the annual salary fund according to legislation provisions.

4. To provide to the ministry of the environment and the Ministry of Economy and Trade changes of the staff list of subordinated organizations and to provide offers to the Ministry of Finance on redistribution of the allocated funds necessary for activities of the Agency for geology and mineral resources, in connection with structural changes.

5. To technical supervision agency to transfer in accordance with the established procedure to the Agency on geology and mineral resources the register of mountain branches, projects of mountain branches and acts of mountain branches.

6. Determine that the Agency on geology and mineral resources is legal successor of the State agency on geology of the Republic of Moldova of "AGeoM".

7. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.
