No. 64-69, 94) and Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Allocate the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry with powers for acceptance of necessary measures for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement on grant constituted by exchange of notes, between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Japan for project implementation "Providing farmers with fertilizers", signed in Chisinau on December 6, 2023.

2. Line item of the 17th appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 246/2010 about procedure for application of tax and customs privileges for implementation of the current projects of the technical and investment assistance falling under action of international treaties which party is the Republic of Moldova (2010, Art. No. 52-53, 308), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with subline item of the following content:

3. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 425/2020 o creation of public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 161-164, 536), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

b) in the subitem 3) of the word "agricultural machinery" to replace with the text "means of phytosanitary appointment, fertilizer, agricultural machinery and the equipment";

5) in Item 7:

a) in the subitem 3) in all cases of the word of "agricultural machinery" shall be replaced with words "agricultural machinery and the equipment";
