2) the list of the data which are subject to transfer by means of integration of program complexes of organizers of gaming, performing activities of bookmaker office and (or) totalizator with information systems of authorized body on financial monitoring according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) form of the data which are subject to transfer by means of integration of program complexes of organizers of gaming, performing activities of bookmaker office and (or) totalizator with information systems of authorized body on financial monitoring according to appendix 3 to this order;
