According to the subitem 11) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic "About heat-and-power engineeering" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of subsidizing of costs of subjects of heat supply for repayment and servicing of loans of the international financial institutions attracted to projects implementation on expansion, upgrade, reconstruction, updating, maintenance of the existing assets and creation of new assets.
2. Recognize invalid the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 2, 2019 as No. 296 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of costs of the organizations in the field of production of heat energy on repayment and servicing of loans of the international financial institutions attracted to projects implementation on upgrade of systems of power supply" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19333).
3. To provide to development department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
