1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 3.3 of Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968, of the word "operation of content and repair" to replace with the word "contents";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2012 No. 1087 "About approval of Rules of improvement and content of settlements":
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Approve Rules of improvement and content of settlements (are applied).";
