About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2004 No. 69
Based on Item part three 5, of paragraph two of part two of Item 6 and the paragraph of third of part one of Item 6-1 of the Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2006 No. 260, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for acceptance and leave of the precious metals and gemstones and products containing them, the State storage of values of the Ministry of Finance approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2004 No. 69, the following changes:
in Item 24:
to exclude from part one of the word "or on paper";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"Gokhran makes selection, preparation of values and draws up the inventory of values or the act of selection for realization based on which calculation of cost of the released values is made and the invoice which goes the Ministry of Finance to residents of the Republic of Belarus in the form of ED through personal account is drawn up. Effective period of the invoice constitutes three working days. In case of selection and preparation of values for leave participation of representatives of the receiver is allowed.";
from Item 27 of the word "values, the precious metals received for examination which are stored and also" and "or on paper" to exclude;
to be reworded as follows appendix 11 to this Instruction it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
