About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229
Based on part two of Item 10 of the Regulations on state registration of subjects of the managing approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229, the following changes:
to add Item 5 after the paragraph of the seventh with paragraphs of the following content:
"about activities of the legal entity based on the standard charter;
about the beginning of the procedure of reorganization of the legal entity;";
to add subitem 7.11 of Item 7 after the paragraph of the seventh with paragraphs of the following content:
"about activities of the legal entity based on the standard charter. The form of the notification on activities of the legal entity based on the standard charter is established by the Ministry of Justice;
about the beginning of the procedure of reorganization. The form of the notification on the beginning of the procedure of reorganization of the legal entity is established by the Ministry of Justice;".
2. To the Ministry of Justice to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
