About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning differentiation of powers of the central executive bodies in spheres of industrial safety, labor protection, the treatment of explosive materials of industrial function, the state mountain supervision, state supervision and control of compliance with law about work and employment of the population
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338 with the following changes):
1) in paragraph eleven of part eight of Article 34 of the word "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of labor protection" shall be replaced with words "territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine";
Article 52-1 part one after the paragraph of third to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"implementation in the cases provided by the law, departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity vehicles, other technological vehicles and issue of the relevant documents".
With respect thereto the fourth - the eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the twelfth.
2. In the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 8, Art. 62 with the following changes):
The second parts three of Article 24-1 of the word "concerning supervision and control of compliance with law about work and employment of the population" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "in the field of the state control of compliance with law about consumer protection";
2) in Article 26 part one:
" (including on construction of the apartment house)" to add paragraph two after words with the words "and on content of advertizing about vacancies (employment)";
to exclude the paragraph of the eighth.
