About approval of Rules of evaluating risks in the field of counteraction to human trafficking
According to Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About counteraction to human trafficking", we ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of evaluating risks in the field of counteraction to human trafficking.
2. To provide to department on fight against organized crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within five working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the notification of Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the action provided by the subitem 1) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising the deputy minister.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
