Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
2. In all text of the Order of the Government No. 1009/2000 about approval of the Regulations on the natural and built-up conservation zones (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 127-129, 1114), with subsequent changes, the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" and the text "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in any grammatical form to replace respectively with the words "Ministry of the Environment" and "Ministry of Culture" in the corresponding grammatical form.
4. In Item 54 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, assessment and the realization of the confiscated, ownerless property arrested perishable or with limited storage duration of products, physical evidences, the property which passed on inheritance right to the state, and treasures approved by the Order of the Government No. 972/2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 112-113, 1021), with subsequent changes, the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment".
5. In item 4 of the Order of the Government No. 1117/2002 about approval of the Regulations on retail sale of oil products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 122-123, 1240), with subsequent changes, the text "To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of the environment".
