1. Approve Regulations on retail trade by oil products it (is applied).
2. Determine that owners of the license for retail trade by the main oil products and the liquefied gas during the period till July 1, 2003 shall sign agreements with suppliers (control cash registers with fiscal memory), and till April 30, 2004 shall equip all certified stations on filling with oil products and the control cash registers with fiscal memory connected to the distributor liquefied by gas.
3. To the State Tax Service to inform National regulation agency in power on stations on filling with the main oil products and the liquefied gas which will not sign the agreement with suppliers of control cash registers till July 1, 2003, for suspension of action of licenses, and after April 30, 2004 - on stations which did not establish such devices for revocation of licenses of their owners.
4. To the Ministry of Finance (State Tax Administration), the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization, the Ministry of the environment, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National regulation agency in power, to primeriya of municipiums and bodies of local public authority to provide within the powers constant control behind accomplishment in the accuracy of requirements of the specified provision.
5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 303 of April 14, 1999. "About approval of Rules of retail trade by oil products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 42-44, 308).

Retail trade by main types of oil products and the liquefied gas is allowed only by legal entities having the license for implementation of the retail trade by main types of oil products or the liquefied gas issued by National regulation agency in power, the positive expert opinion for operation of stations on filling with the main oil products and the liquefied gas (further - stations) issued by expert body in the field of industrial safety and the positive conclusion of the Agency of the environment.
