1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 13:
add with subitem 12-1) of the following content:
"12-1) forming and realization of state policy in the field of distribution of radio-frequency range, and also effective use of radio frequencies and orbital line items of communication satellites;";
state subitem 19-1) in the following edition:
"19-1) forming and realization of the state technological policy;";
in Item 15:
add with subitems 41-1) and 41-2) of the following content:
"41-1) approvals of the list of national registries in coordination with authorized body in the field of the state statistics;
41-2) approvals of statistical forms for carrying out departmental statistical observations and instructions for their filling in coordination with authorized body in the field of the state statistics;";
add with subitem 81-1) of the following content:
